I had bought an LG dryer about 4 year ago, and it was working great, until the warranty ran out. It was the strangest thing, the drum would not stop spinning, even when the cycle was finished. Every time I would close the door, it kept spinning. I tried to find a solution online, but nobody else seemed to have this problem.

When my refrigerator stopped making ice and water, Sam came out and found the problem quickly. He also had the replacement hose and valve on his truck, so he was able to fix everything in just about an hour. I would highly recommend their services if your appliances are down.

I would definitely recommend Sam and 911 Appliance Repair. They are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The explained the problem with my Sub-Zero unit, and how they were going to fix it, without making me feel completely clueless. Thank you Sam!
